The Adams Beverage Group has released wine consumption trends in the US for 2005 as part of the Adams Wine Handbook. Wine appears to be up another 2.1%, bringing it back to the levels it saw back in 1988, or the neighborhood of 273.7 million 9-liter cases. This translates to around 11 (750ml) bottles of wine per American each year (not that all of us partake of spirits, let alone wine). |

Hurray, We are starting to get inquiries from Texas Wineries on how they can get their information included on this site. Since this is a site to promote Texas Wine, we'll only be accepting information from permited Texas Wineries. If you are in the process of recieving your permits, go ahead and start working with us so that your information will be there when you open. For our cousins in Oklahoma, try contacting us in 2007 about setting up a sister site. Read on to find out what kind of information we are looking for, and how to get it to us.
